Shipping Terms

Shipping destinations:

  • We are currently only shipping to the USA, but hope to expand to all North America shortly. Please join our email list to be the first to hear about our expansions
  • Currently, we are not serving Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Palau, Micronesia, Marina Islands, and America Samoa but hope to do so very soon!

Shipping times:

  • US orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days 
  • All deliveries are completed via FedEx or UPS ground services.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • All workout mat orders have free shipping as long as they are being delivered within the USA.

 

Returns & Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 60-days Return:
 

Returns & Refunds:

  • Timing: we have a 60-days Return Policy, since the day the item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • We will refund you the full purchase price, minus any initial shipping costs.
  • For returns, please use the "Contact Us" section  with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return
  • When returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying them about the status of the refund.
 

Damaged Items:

  • If a product was faulty or damaged upon delivery - we offer 100% refund or replacement. Buyer is required to ship the defective item back for inspection.
  • Timing: we have a 60-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a refund, goods must be in the received conditions and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please use the "Contact Us" section with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Our help team will provide the customer with a shipping label delivered via email. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying them about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • If a "faulty or damaged" product is returned, and upon inspection it is determined that the product is not in such conditions, the buyer will not be refunded the shipping cost plus a re-stocking fee.
